Rapunzel took a hike after Mattel released the Totally Hair Barbie doll in 1992. That version of Barbie featured blonde tresses that were 10-and-a-half inches long. She also wore a boat-necked mini that had a bunch of little girls begging their parents for the doll. Totally Hair Barbie is the best-selling Barbie of all time.
