44. Lyle Preslar
Lyle Preslar is another fine example of a celebrity turned successful lawyer. However, Preslar stands out from the rest in that he was a musician rather than an actor. He was a remarkable addition to the ’80s punk band Minor Threat, in which he played guitar and wrote many songs. He has been consistently praised for his impeccable technique on the guitar.
However, sometimes even the most unruly of punks tire out and need a change of pace, a new path to follow. Presnar decided that his best bet would be to pursue a career in law. As a result, he enrolled at the Rutgers University in Newark, N.J., and today practices law in New York.
