1939’s The Wizard of Oz is one of the most well-known films of all time, having left an indelible mark on the history of film as well as making Judy Garland and overnight star. There are many strange stories surrounding the film and several bloopers. One such blooper that slipped into the film was when Dorothy and Scarecrow try to escape after finding the apple tree, Dorothy can be seen running in black shoes.
So where did Dorothy’s famous ruby red slippers go in that scene?
