Chief Ranger Steve Kloster had been working in and around the national park for 20 years, but he’d never seen a search for a missing person go on for so long. Although he was almost ready to give up the search, he decided to send out the search parties one last time. But still, they returned empty-handed. Maybe it was time to face the facts.
