In 2011, Lauren Alaina was the runner up of American Idol with Scotty McCreery finishing first. Much of Alaina’s weight loss is due to her struggles with bulimia and body image issues. However after her bulimia started to cause serious issues, her friends and family rallied and she is doing better now than she ever has before. Go on girl!
