Both Shannon and Diane were charged. Shannon pled guilty, paid a fine, and spent a month in jail. Though it seems like a light sentence, Mike has been very gracious about Shannon. He even wants her to have visitation rights. “When they suggested that he have visitation with his mother, I struck for once a week. I wanted him to visit her. She got once every three weeks. I’ve been a big advocate of my son seeing his mother,” he said. Talk about a wonderful father.
