Picking The Kids Up
Adam agreed but he insisted she couldn’t go alone, so he accompanied her to the elementary school. Once the kids were picked up, the family drove back home, kids in the backseat totally unaware their father was threatening their mom with a weapon. But just as the car turned the corner, the sound of police sirens pierce the air and a cop car signals Adam to pull over. Cheryl takes a deep breath. She had to somehow let the cop know she and her kids were in danger. This was her only chance.
