The Disney “Employee” Is Called “Cast Member”
Disney World is not just a park, but a huge stage where everyone hired there is a Cast Member. So you don’t call them employees, but cast members. Even those that work outside the park are cast members, and they all have a first name. If there are two people with the same name, the second one gets a new name! So if you get hired at Disney and there’s another Annie, they’ll have to give you a name that hasn’t been taken yet…
