There Is No “I Don’t Know”
The former cast member urges every Disney World guest not to ask cast members tricky questions because they are not allowed to say they don’t know! During their training, the cast members are taught how to respond in these situations, and if there’s something of great urgency, they would have to call a park operator using a secret phone.
