Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disorder causes persistent lung infections, and, ultimately, does a great deal of damage to the lungs and reduces their capacity. Breathing will eventually become difficult and eventually even fatal. Richard’s sister had passed away from cystic fibrosis many years before. Richard was shocked and then panicked. What if he had passed it on to his sons?
