10. Changing One Skull Into Two Skulls
It was a challenging task to create two skulls from a tubular skull. Plus, they needed more skin to cover the skulls.
Thankfully, Dunaway and Jeelani used plastic bags under the skin to pump them up with saline to help new skin growth.
