She said that nowadays people are so obsessed with recycling their plastic bottles, but when she was young, there were no plastic bottles. All of the bottles were made from glass and the only way to recycle them was to gather a lot of them and give them to the local convenience store for a few cents. This was the recycling they had back then. A big line of impatient clients was starting to form behind Dorothy but she didn’t care about that.
