She said to Dorothy, that she was using too many plastic bags for her groceries and that she should bring her own bags to the supermarket, it is better for the environment this way. Anybody can agree with this statement, but the way the cashier said it, had an incredible amount of irritation and rudeness. Even if your argument is valid when you say it with an offensive tone, you are going to lose this argument. But the cashier decided to put more oil on the fire.
