Showing some skin is nothing unusual at the awards ceremony. Neil Patrick Harris famously stripped down to only his underwear during the 2015 ceremony when he spoofed a scene from Birdman, the film that took Best Picture that year. However, in 1974 there was another, albeit unscripted, display of nudity.
