Ancient Pompeians Practiced Sexual Fluidity
As Pompeians were so open about sex, they didn’t have the same sexual categories that we do today like heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, etc. They didn’t categorize sexuality by gender, but instead the norm was that anyone could sleep with anyone. A man could sleep with whomever he wanted as long as it wasn’t someone else’s wife.
