#19. Lemony Snicket’s A Series Of Unfortunate Events
With great actors like Jim Carrey under the guise of a hilarious antagonist, A Series Of Unfortunate Events is an entertaining film. The movie is about three children who are orphaned and left in the care of their uncle, Count Olaf. What they aren’t aware of is that Olaf is after their family’s wealth. The book series comprised 13 novels, so everyone was confident sequels were to be made… but there weren’t any. Apparently, the actors had grown up too much. And with a well-received TV series having been made, there isn’t much of a point in making a new movie.
