Sara was very professional about the call and took notes of the conversation. She was careful to catch all of the details, reading between the lines and the silly way Elijah was telling her about the events of the evening. He asked her if it was illegal to promise chicken nuggets and not deliver. He asked her if she’d ever had to arrest anyone through the telephone—and if so, how? Sara struggled to not crack up while he randomly threw these silly questions back after she had asked hers.
