For the past two weeks, Jake had noticed that Louisa hadn’t put her trash out. It was strange for Jake who remembers Louisa as an elderly woman with a penchant for peanuts and a gin and tonic. Jake knew something was off. So, he quickly rang up dispatch and asked them to call Louisa. He knew he had to find out what had happened.
