It Wasn’t the O-Rings
I service soft serve ice cream machines and the things I’ve seen will make you think twice before ordering it. A woman called complaining that the vanilla ice cream was coming out with black dots and she was worried that the machine was grinding up the O-rings. After taking off the head of the machine, what seemed like an army of cockroaches spewed out. The owner had not cleaned the machine in months and had been serving vanilla ice cream with cockroach sprinkles for a week!
