Invisible Inspector
While doing a routine inspection of a Chinese buffet, I told the employees that they needed to discard the top layer of the exposed frozen shrimp they had stacked, without covers. As they rushed over to do it, they accidentally knock it over, and all the shrimp spills out. They quickly scooped it back into the tub, like I wasn’t standing right there.
