What They Didn’t Find
I worked at this breakfast place and we always got tipped off when the inspectors would come to visit. The cooks would take out all the expired food and store it in their cars and by the large dumpster outside until the inspector was gone. I quit shortly after because I was written up for refusing to change the dates on the expired food.
