A Head’s Up
While performing a routine inspection, we found a food market that was raising and slaughtering sheep in the building’s back parking lot. The worst part was that they had sheep heads sitting on the prep table, where they kept the ready-to-eat food. If you knew how many diseases sheep carried, you would not want them as pets.
