The Wrong Sink
I walked into the kitchen of a Mexican restaurant and saw one of the cooks soaking tripe in a mop sink. I told them to throw all of it in the garbage and bleach the sink in front of me. She actually hesitated to comply. I hope that they’ve dropped the practice.
