A Theory on Dilution

I worked as an inspector for storage tanks for dairies and factories and one day I had to check out a main milk storage tank. When I arrived, it had just been cleaned and was about to be filled with milk. The first thing I noticed was that the tank still had bleach inside when they began adding milk. I later learned that the floor manager couldn’t be bothered to remove it. He theorized that the milk would dilute the bleach. He was fired immediately.
