It Was Everywhere
I had to shut down a restaurant a few years ago because of a severe rodent infestation. There was poop everywhere, from the utensil bins to the food prep station, to the floors; it was literally everywhere, and the owners were just brushing it aside as they cooked. The biggest problem was the live mice stuck in glue traps under sinks. There was no way I would let that fly.
