Taking Chances
A few years ago, the health inspectors in the area discovered that a number of restaurants in one mall’s food court were taking the leftover meat from some customers’ plates and serving it to other unsuspecting customers. They would rinse it and reuse it. Unfortunately, you’re taking a chance when eating out.
