Slippery Fingers
While doing a food safety inspection at a large slaughterhouse, I walked around the corner to find one of the butchers dropping and picking up the same carved ham 3 times. Frustrated that he could not grip it with his hands, he gets on all fours and picks it up with his teeth. He proceeds to dumps it back into a tub with 600kg of product before sending it off for processing. He was fired and the entire tub was discarded.
