5. Hermetic Order of The Golden Dawn
Dr. William Robert Woodman, William Wynn Westcott, and Samuel Liddell MacGregor Mathers were the Freemasons and members of England’s Rosicrucian society. They founded the Hermetic Order of The Golden Dawn, which was OTO’s predecessor.
It includes magic rituals, beliefs from Christian mysticism, Qabalah, Hermeticism, Ancient Egypt, Freemasonry, Alchemy, Theosophy, and Magic among others. It also has documents written in cipher that contains magic rituals which originate with Rosicrucianism.
