This actor was getting famous back in 2016 when he starred in Hannibal TV series. He was also in Doctor Strange and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. In this photo, he is playing the role of the Kaecilius, the villain in Doctor Strange. Although most of his mask was only around the eyes, it took hours to complete.
