Joseph embraced his uniqueness
After the Tidd Family watched “Finding Nemo,” Joseph found another role-model. When he saw Nemo onscreen, his mom pointed out that like Nemo, Joseph also had a ‘lucky fin.’ So to this day, Joseph refers to his arm as his lucky fin. He has a positive outlook on life and even jokes to his friends, making up stories on how his arm looks different.
