Venus Has A Record Number of Volcanoes
Venus holds the record for having the biggest number of volcanoes in our solar system. It has over 1,600 volcanoes on the surface, including Maat Mons, the 5 mile (8 km) high volcano. However, scientists haven’t yet spotted any of these volcanoes erupting, which is why they believe that Venus’ volcanoes have been long extinct.
