Radio Signal From 5 Billion Light-Years Away
Scientists using the Very Large Array (VLA) of the National Radio Astronomy Observatory in New Mexico have detected a radio signal back in 2016. It turned out it came from a distance of 5 billion light-years away, which means that when the signal began its journey towards our solar system, Earth didn’t exist!
