The video which was later posted on Facebook shows the owner peering through the bars and calling Titan “Hey, boy.” When the pooch heard his owner’s voice, he started barking and whining, with the tail wagging uncontrollable. It was clear that Barry was Titan’s owner, and the staff couldn’t be happier that the pair finally got reunited!
