Upon seeing the estimates that Kristopher had gathered, Patricia yelled, “I don’t know these people, I don’t want them near my house, they’re probably really bad contractors.” Kristopher, trying to reason with her, replied, “No, I know them personally. They are really nice people and do great work.” His neighbor didn’t want to hear it. She slammed the door in his face. But this is where the story gets interesting.
