He Is a “Pocho” Crocodile
Chito was keeping the croc illegally on his property, so he had to take it in a pond in a close forest until he got the wildlife permits for him.
Chito gave the crocodile a name which in Costa Rican means strong: Pocho. The croc showed his human friend that he was indeed strong and willing to pull through the rough times. He got healthier and gained weight. Then, they began bonding!
