Started As An Ordinary Day

One cold, miserable Monday morning Jodie started her day like every other. She opened the salon, came up with the work schedule, and started work on her first customer. It was a new lady who Jodie had never met before. And so, as her customer, Ms. Martha Smith hurried in from the rain she sat down on the salon chair. There seemed to be a tension in her manner and a tightness in her face. Her eyes glared at Jodie while Jodie tried to make small talk with the woman. What was her problem?
