Selling Apple Shares
When Apple was founded, there were three founders: Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ron Wayne. The latter even drew Apple’s first logo and wrote the Apple I manual! Wayne and Jobs had some tensions and that’s how Wayne sold his 10% share in Apple.
He sold them for $800, which today are worth more than $35 million. nonetheless, he said he “made a decision that allowed me to pursue my interest. I honestly don’t regret walking away at all.”
