Bridge Collapses in Seoul
In 1994, during rush hour, a piece of the bridge over the Han river in Seoul fell, and it landed in the river. Bear in mind the bridge was filled with cars, buses and minibuses, and 32 people died in the crash! Why did the bridge crash? The steel structure had some poor welding and wasn’t able to sustain the plates.
