Obsessed
Ever since they found the first body, Potter had become obsessed with the case. “I have a child roughly the same age as the one we found. It made it even eerier; brought it home,” he said in an interview after the case was solved. But the young father was in way over his head. His first step was to reach out to the local indigenous community to see if they could shed some light on the mystery. But they wouldn’t touch it – out of sheer terror.
