The houses in the area were around a hundred years old and built around five gigantic sequoias which were about two hundred years old. Giant sequoias are incredibly rare, and the two in Ronnie’s garden bumped up her house price by about $60,000! But then one day, something happened in this idyllic neighborhood. Something that nobody expected. Something that would change the neighborhood completely.
