9. The Swimming Dino – Spinosaurus
We’ve spotted this giant dino in Jurassic Park III – it was huge and had some terrifying claws. While the depiction of the Spinosaurus vs. Tyrannosaurus rex battle took place on land in the movie, researchers uncovered in 2014 that the Spinosaurus was an aquatic dinosaur. It was similar to crocodiles – sharing the same snout shape and bone structure.
