A Flat Iron
I desperately wish flat irons were a thing back in my day. I was blessed with thick hair, but it was so incredible frizzy that I had to hold a hot iron over it to try get a semblance of straightness. It was incredibly dangerous and I did get a few burns along the way. No one knows the struggles I endured for straight hair.
