This will sound like a horror flick, but it’s real life. In San Clemente, CA, a group of porcelain dolls were being left on doorsteps of girls. The dolls resembled the girls, who were around ten years old. After investigating the incidents, police found the culprit — a “female adult who admitted to placing the porcelain dolls on the porch of the various residences in the community. Investigators have concluded that her motivation was out of goodwill and that she intended it as a kind gesture”.
