Walking In Rain
My mom is German. After every dinner, we’d go for a walk through the neighborhood, no matter the weather. It’s to improve digestion.
In high school, I had a friend ask me why we’d walk when it rained. I thought it was common knowledge that it improved digestion and that everyone did it.
