Making A Nest For The Easter Bunny
We always made nests for the Easter Bunny. We would use towels and blankets to make a nest, and the Easter Bunny would leave our gifts in it, usually some summer clothes. Of course, we would also leave carrots and water out, and we also did an Easter egg hunt.
It wasn’t until I spent Easter with my wife’s family and asked where the towels were kept that I learned that not everyone does this. Now I have kids of my own, and you can be damn sure we’re making nests every Easter!
