Talking Over Each Other
My immediate and extended family all talk at once, loudly, and have discussions over each other constantly. They interrupt. It was never an issue, and I had no idea it was rude until a friend in college was very offended and frustrated by me.
I was so confused and never realized it was weird. I started making a conscious effort to wait for people to finish before I talk, but it’s a hard habit to break.
