When we would get McDonald’s drive-thru, my mom would place hot French fries in the car’s dashboard vents to cool them down, with them balancing half in and half out of the vents.
She’d hand me some fries, and I’d put them in the air vents closest to me. The first time I did that in my boyfriend’s car, he almost had a stroke.
