A Part of the Family
I was my ex-husband’s second wife, and my then mother-in-law had some amazing tactics to get rid of me. She kept pictures of his ex in her living room because “she will always be a part of her family”. She also made sure that the ex-wife made an appearance at every family function. He remarried after I left him, so I wonder if there are pictures of me on the wall.
