Aren’t You Blacklisted?

“A well-liked employee got in a car accident while not on the job and is currently suing the restaurant for not paying his medical bills for the accident. He thinks it’s totally appropriate to go into the restaurant to drink and socialize as though he’s not been blacklisted and is “suspended” because they can’t ethically fire him.”
“Along with this suit, he’s filed another against them for not paying the medical bill from when he cut open his hand at work after he never gave management the bill; now, it’s heavily increased because he never paid for it. Also, he pocketed the money they did give him to fix his car instead of actually getting it fixed.”
