14. False Imprisonment

I decided I’d had enough and told the supervisor I was finished, didn’t want to do the job anymore and wanted to go home. Treat your employees like humans and they will get the job done. This redditor could have easily called the police because his boss was breaking the law by locking his employee inside the building!
